The speedster, who runs between a 4.3-to-4.5 40-yard dash, got the call immediately after the three-day, seven-round 2017 NFL Draft concluded in Philadelphia early Saturday evening.

Cioffi tallied 168 tackles, two and a half sacks, three forced fumbles, three fumble recoveries, and eight interceptions in a stellar “do-it-all” 47-game (33 starts) career at Rutgers, where he played cornerback, free safety, and strong safety.
