CLARK, NJ – Arthur L. Johnson High School senior Matt Pedicine was named the 2015 Kimber Division Player of the Year by The Star-Ledger/NJ.com this week, capping a winning lacrosse career with the Crusaders.
With 42 goals, 21 assists and 223 ground balls during the spring season, Pedicine’s performance stood out. The announcement highlighted Pedicine’s performances against rival Cranford, when he led the Crusader’s unsuccessful effort with four goals and one assist, and in the four-goal season opener against Clifton.
A four-year varsity player, Pedicine will continue to play lacrosse at Division 1 Hobart College.
With only one loss in its division, the Crusaders were named the 2015 Kimber Team of the Year.
