WESTFIELD, NJ -- Veteran radio traffic reporter and former Westfield resident Joe Nolan will return to Holy Trinity to cut the ribbon at the school's new gym on on Wednesday, March 20, at 2:00 p.m. Nolan was a graduate of the former Holy Trinity High School in Westfield and later honed his broadcasting skills at Seton Hall University's radio station.
Later on March 20, Nolan will host a discussion at the Westfield Library as part of the 12th annual Hale Speaker Series at 7:00 p.m. In a talk entitled “Holy Trinity to Heavy Traffic,” he will talk about his long career, including his current work with iHeartRadio, 77WABC, and KTU with Cubby Bryant and Carolina Bermudez. He is best known for working alongside Scott Shannon from 1992 to 2017, first at 95.5 WPLJ and later at WCBS-FM 101.1.
