CLARK, NJ – Union County has issued an advisory to motorists regarding a road closure in Clark starting on or about Monday July 31. According to the bulletin, Madison Hill Road from Westfield Avenue to just beyond Kanski Court will be under construction for approximately two days, weather permitting.
The road will be closed from 6:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. while work is in progress. The work planned includes road improvements such as milling, paving and striping of the road.
Detours around the areas of construction will be in place during construction and be monitored by Union County personnel.
According to the notice, emergency vehicles will be allowed through the work zone at all times. Residents are advised that access to residences, deliveries or other services requiring entry to the work zone will be permitted as possible.
