CLARK, NJ - On March 29, the Arthur L. Johnson High School Student Movement Against Cancer (SMAC) and Key Club will hold a joint fundraiser Student vs. Staff basketball game at 5:00 p.m. in the lower gym.

Admission is $5.00, and there will be a bake sale outside of the gym before and during the game.

All proceeds will be donated to the teen center at Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in Tylor Collins' name. Tylor spent a lot of time there while receiving treatment and it needs to be remodeled to ensure that all teens at RWJ have the  most comfortable experience possible.

Currently the faculty/staff team of Mr. Delmonaco, Mr. Klimchak, Mr. Zimbardo, Ms. Mills, Ms. Bukoweic, Ms. Davy, Ms. Celso, and Ms. Cusick will be playing in the basketball game and there are more to come.

Senior Lauren Petite will be sing the national anthem before the game.

Any students can play except basketball players and spring athletes. Senior basketball players can play if they don’t play a spring sport. Students who are eligible are strongly encouraged to sign up and take on the ALJ staff, or to support on the sidelines.

Not only will it be a memorable and enjoyable event, but it is an amazing cause that benefits a hospital where Tylor Collins spent a lot of his time, along with other teens receiving treatment.
