CLARK, NJ - The Clark Public School district will present a parent workshop showcasing various study strategies and organizational skills for young learners on Thursday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Arthur L. Johnson High School library.  The program will be conducted by district special education teachers and learning disabilities teacher consultants (LDTCs)

The content is applicable to any young learner’s needs. Parents will leave with a better understanding of how students’ education continues after the school day.

Game playing is an effective strategy and among those that will be discussed at the workshop.  Fifth grade teachers Nina Connor and Kathy Ullrich recently played a heated game of Jeopardy with their fifth grade class to reinforce the lesson.
