CLARK, NJ – Thailand Restaurant fans might be surprised to hear their favorite restaurant is making a comeback of sorts.  The restaurant is slotted to reopen soon under the new ownership of Sunti Pansa-Ad and Arunee Tsui.

Acquaintances of the former owners, the new duo plan to keep the name and serve the same type of cuisine.  According to Pansa-Ad, the new menu will be a condensed version of the most popular items from Thailand’s original offerings plus a few new entries.   Tsui added that several of the original chefs and servers will be back as part of the staff at the new establishment.

The dining room and kitchen are undergoing major renovations at this time.  Pansa-Ad hopes the work will be done in time for a mid-September reopening.
