The first cold snap of the season is here, and parents looking for indoor and outdoor children’s activities can find something for all ages at Union County’s Trailside Nature and Science Center, located at 452 New Providence Road in Mountainside.

“If you have never been to Trailside before, now is a good time to come and introduce your children to the many activities and programs offered by our professional staff,” said Freeholder Chair Bette Jane Kowalski.

Scheduled programs are available for toddlers and pre-school ages on up.
