CLARK, NJ - What are the elements of taste in judging wine?  What is there to know about color, aroma, taste, body finish?  What makes a wine good? How to select wines?  What about the wine glasses?

Those interested in increasing their knowledge of wine are invited to the Clark Public Library on Sunday, April 26 at 1:30 p.m to hear from local wine connoisseur Alvin Barr.

Barr, who is also a Clark councilman, has studied wines for more than 43 years. He will share his knowledge during a free program offered during the Friends of the Library annual membership "Friendzy" drive.

The program is free and no pre-registration is required.  There are other programs and speakers and a book sale throughout the afternoon from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. Click to view a schedule of the afternoon's events.
