Summit Police Thwart Attempted Abduction of 19-Year-Old on Fernwood Road

SUMMIT, NJ - Quick action on the part of City of Summit Police Department officers resulted in the thwarting of an attempted abduction over the weekend, acting Union County Prosecutor Lyndsay V. Ruotolo and Summit Police Chief Andrew Bartolotti jointly announced Sunday.
