CLARK, NJ - The Annual UNICO BOWL was held recently with the Arthur L. Johnson Crusaders facing off against the Hillside Comets. According to UNICO representatives this game is a 17-year-old tradition that takes place each year between two UNICO Chapters.

It is custom that the winner holds onto the trophy until the next season.  According to Clark UNICO Vice President Ralph Bernardo, after three consecutive years,  the majority winner keeps the trophy, and a new trophy is purchased for the next three year competition.

This year's game found the Crusaders losing  28-7.   Bernardo said they put up a good fight against the state champions.
