CLARK, NJ - An all-time attendance record was set at Clark Recreation with 805 children on hand for the opening day of summer camp on Monday, July 1.  "As a comparison, there are more kids at camp today than there are enrolled in the whole Kumpf Middle School." said Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo.  "We have 150 counselors on hand to provide a great experience for these kids, it's going to a fun summer."

The camp runs for six weeks and features a variety of activities for children, including water slides, special performances, obstacle courses, laser tag, magicians, animal visits, carnival days, watermelon eating contest, ice cream, music, sports and many more as listed in the extensive printed schedule distributed to families.   

Clark Recreation Camp is open to residents and costs only $35. per child for the entire length of the program.
