CLARK, NJ - Clark Recreation Director Ralph Bernardo reimagined Easter festivities this year.  In light of social-distancing practices, Bernardo had to cancel the town's annual egg hunt.

Instead, Bernardo asked the Easter Bunny to make an appearance at the horseshoe driveway at the Municipal Building for a drive-by, no-contact greeting with Clark's children and families last Saturday.  He said cars were lined up down Westfield Avenue and into the side streets to see the bunny.

Bernardo said the event was very well attended and folks enjoyed the unique way to not gather.  "Everyone seemed to be happy to get out of the house even if just for a quick wave," said Bernardo. "It was good to see so many smiles."
