CLARK, NJ – Nicole Randazza might be feeling extra thankful this week as she was recently named Student of the Month at Arthur L. Johnson High School for November.

Randazza, a senior at ALJ is involved in many clubs such as Heroes and Cool Kids, Scrub Club, and Student Council. Randazza is also in the National Honor Society, Science National Honor Society and Italian National Honor Society. 

Randazza shared her thoughts about her successes so far. “I think that the key to success is hard work and determination,” she said.  “I feel that you must push yourself to be the best person that you can be and always work your hardest to achieve your goals.”

Randazza is also a student athlete playing on the field hockey, track and field, and softball team. 

With her high school career coming to an end, Randazza is applying to Villanova, Muhlenberg, and Bucknell Universities, to study BioChem in hopes of pursuing a career in dentistry. She says “Dr. G made a big impact on me because he has helped me so much with all of my school work and encouraged me to do my best and follow my dream of going to college to become a dentist.” 

She is grateful for all that her teachers have done for her throughout her high school career, helping her become the student she is today.
