CLARK, NJ – During a recent Town Council meeting, Mayor Sal Bonaccorso said there will be no overflow parking assigned to Arthur L. Johnson High School students behind the Clark Public Library this year.
Construction of the new police station is projected to start within a month of school opening and Bonaccorso said the area surrounding the construction zone is going to be managed to ensure public safety.
Bonaccorso also had some reminders and notices for students parking on streets surrounding the school. “Be respectful of the neighborhood, no wrappers, no bottles,” he said. Bonaccorso issued a reminder that police would be patrolling the area and asked young drivers’ cooperation in road safety.
