CLARK, NJ - Books and laptops closed on the first week of school Friday.   This year, some families chose in-person classes, others only remote learning or homeschooling and the rest are participating in various forms of hybrid learning.   No matter the method, school is back in session and children are back to their most important job, learning.

The school year may be less traditional, a fact a few are taking in stride..  "I am not focusing on the differences, this is just how school is now, it's all good and it will be good when it goes back to what we knew too," said one Arthur L. Johnson High School student.

Similarly, a teacher said her students, adapted well to the change and usually do if the adults around them give them a good lead to follow.
