CLARK, NJ – Numerous areas of Clark are without power after a thunderstorm rumbled through town Thursday morning. Mayor Bonaccorso said PSEG has been advised of the outages.
Bonaccorso is also asking residents to reserve 911 calls for emergencies only and not to use that number to report loss of power. In his message, the mayor said early signs indicate local transformers may have been hit during the storm.
According to PSEG’s outage map, over 1,700 Clark customers were without power at 10:30 a.m. To report a power outage, call the utility at 1-800-436-PSEG (7734).
