CLARK, NJ – Clark resident Robert J. Wills, 52, is scheduled for a detention hearing on Wednesday August 28, according to the Union County Prosecutor’s Office.  

Wills was charged with third-degree creating a false public alarm on August 5, after police say he called emergency dispatchers warning that a person planned to commit violent acts at his State street home.  Upon arriving at his home, police uncovered a weapons stash.

The hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m.  in the Union County Superior Court before Judge Lara DiFabrizio.
