CLARK, NJ -  While many folks stayed home, or worked close to home during the pandemic, three members of the Clark Volunteer Fire Department spent their time completing the Middlesex County Fire Academy Firefighter 1 Program according to Chief Frank Cerasa.   For the last five months Joe Cortapasso, Jesse Minch and Martin Wasiezko trained and worked to earn the right to serve the Clark community.

Cerasa offered his congratulations to the recruits and wished them luck in their upcoming exam.  "I am very proud of these three for all of their hard work and dedication to the Clark Fire Department," he said.  "After passing their final (exam) they will be recognized as state of New Jersey Certified Firefighters and most of all will be protecting the Township of Clark."
