CORAL SPRINGS, FL –  Fifteen schools serving Coral Springs had 25 new cases of Covid-19 among students, teachers, and other people during the week of Nov. 29 – Dec. 5, according to the Florida Department of Health.

That included five teachers.

It’s not clear how many, if any, of the 25 people remain positive as of Thursday.

Here are the schools, according to the data:

- Coral Glades High School: one student with symptoms.

- Coral Springs Charter School: one student with symptoms.

- Coral Springs High School: a teacher and unknown person, both with symptoms.

- Coral Springs Middle School: a teacher with symptoms.

- Eagle Ridge Elementary School: a student with no symptoms.

- Forest Hills Elementary School: a student and staff member, one with symptoms and the other without symptoms.

- J. P. Taravella High School: a student and an unknown person, both with symptoms.

- Maplewood Elementary School: two students, both with symptoms.

- Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School: two students, both with symptoms.

- Park Springs Elementary School: a student and staff member, one with symptoms and it’s unknown if the other has symptoms.

- Parkside Elementary School: a student with no symptoms.

- Ramblewood Elementary School: a teacher with symptoms.

- Ramblewood Middle School: a teacher with symptoms.

- Renaissance Charter School at Coral Springs: two students and teacher, one with symptoms and two with no symptoms.

- Westchester Elementary School: three students, two with no symptoms and it’s unknown if the other has symptoms.  

The most new cases at Broward County schools from Nov. 29 – Dec. 5 were at Falcon Cove Middle School in Weston, with seven students and a staff member, according to the data.
