CORAL SPRINGS, FL – After a delay related to a protest over the death of George Floyd, the 14th Annual Teen Political Forum is back on for Tuesday evening.
The virtual event at 7 p.m. will allow local high school students to address county and local elected officials and ask questions that are important to them.
The event is planned and organized by high school students, with guidance from Coral Springs City Commissioner Larry Vignola and city staff.
Organizers postponed the event on June 1 to give students the opportunity to take part in protests that were held last week.
