CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Need to get a passport or renew one?

City Hall in the Mall re-opened Wednesday at Coral Square Mall to provide those services.

Due to the coronavirus, visitors are asked to make appointments virtually through QLess Virtual Check-In System by visiting this website. Once visitors sign up, they will receive notifications via text message.

Visitors can also make appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3-5 pm through a kiosk at the mall.

Fingerprinting services are temporarily suspended due to the pandemic.

Officials said waiting will not be allowed in City Hall in the Mall. Customers are encouraged to wait in their cars or shop in the mall until they are notified it’s their turn.

All visitors must wear a facial covering when entering City Hall in the Mall and keep a 6-foot distance from others at all times.

City Hall in the Mall, located at the southwest entrance of the Coral Square Mall, is opened Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
