Leonard told police her husband has a problem with his liver, and he shouldn’t be drinking liquor. She said she “fought him” off for taking away the bottle of Bacardi, and he fell on the ground. She said he hit her in the chin after she struck him. She said she drank a “six-pack” of beer the night of the confrontation with her husband.

Police said in the report that they did not see any visible injuries on either Leonard or her husband.

Leonard was charged with battery (domestic), the report said. She has a previous arrest history for domestic violence.
