CORAL SPRINGS, FL – Coral Springs firefighters fought two fires on Tuesday which left a house and vehicle badly damaged from fire and smoke.

Late in the afternoon, Coral Springs-Parkland Fire Department put out a house fire in the 2600 block of NW 112th Avenue, fire officials said.

No injuries were reported. The cause of the blaze could not be determined.

Earlier in the afternoon, a maintenance trailer fire forced firefighters to shut down NW 29 Street between NW 99 Ave and Coral Hills Drive.

The cause of the vehicle fire also could not be determined.

Firefighters from Tamarac and Margate assisted Coral Springs in fighting the fires. During the fires, Margate sent a fire truck and crew to a Coral Springs fire station to cover in case of another emergency.
