CRANFORD, NJ - The Cranford boys lacrosse team doubled Verona’s score during their home game on May 2, leading to a 12-6 victory.

Seniors Connor Fitch and Dan Allen led the team to victory, Fitch with four goals and two assists and Allen with three goals and three assists. Hunter Brogan and Dante Cassaro scored two goals eac, with Brogan adding an assist as well. Mark Ciemnieki had one goal.

Sophomore goalie Phil Marotta had 18 saves against Verona’s 14.

The Cougars will take on East Brunswick on Saturday in an away game at 2:30 p.m. The team is 3-10 overall and 0-6 in league.
