CRANFORD, NJ – Second-seeded Cranford boys’ lacrosse defeated seventh-seeded Ocean City, in the NJSIAA Quarterfinal Round, South Jersey, Group 2, 14-7, Tuesday at Memorial Field.

Leading the scoring for Cranford, Connor Fitch with five goals and Richie Hurley who netted four goals and an assist. Also contributing offensively were Luke Christiano who scored three and had an assist, Mark Christiano assisted on two and had a goal of his own and Mark Pawlick with a goal.

Senior goalkeeper Ryan Shupp saved 11 in the win.

Cranford will host Hopewell Valley in the semi-finals on Thursday, May 21, at Memorial Field.
