CRANFORD, NJ – Cranford football defeated Governor Livingston, 35-20, Friday night in Cranford. The Cougars remain undefeated on the season at, 8-0.

Senior quarterback Jack Schetelich completed 9 of 14 for 132 yards and four touchdowns. Ryan Bakie caught four for 105 yards with two TDs and added one more on a 17-yard run, for a three touchdowns on the night. Also on the receiving end of Schetelich’s passes; Sean Leonard with a 15-yard TD reception and James Wozniak caught a four-yard touchdown pass.

Brian Oblachinski converted all five extra points, while picking off three on the defense.

The Cougars look to extend their unbeaten streak when they travel to North Plainfield on Friday Nov, 7.
