CRANFORD, NJ – Cranford girls’ lacrosse defeated Lakeland High-School, 19-10, on Tuesday.

Leading the scoring for the Cougars was Kristin Leu who netted five goals and four assists, adding to the goal total, Jeannie Padden with four goals and two assists and Sarah Ross who scored four goals with three assists. Offensive contributions were also made by; Megan Power with three goals and an assist and Hannah Ross who scored a goal with three assists.

In goal, Mary Rose Thompson and Niamh O’Donovan combined gave up 10 goals with four saves.

The team improves to, 7-5, on the season and is in action again on Thursday April, 30, when they take on Scotch Plains-Fanwood at Memorial Field.
