CRANFORD, NJ – The Cranford girls soccer team shut out Rahway High School, 5-0, Tuesday at Memorial Field.

For the Cougars, Siobhan McGovern netted two goals and Maddie Hart scored one and assisted on one. Also contributing, Lindsay Wielgus and Lauren Williamson scored a goal each, while Julie Madsen and Meagan Montague each had an assist. In goal, Cam Hay saved two in the shutout.

The Lady Cougars improve to 11-2 on the season and are in action again on Thursday Oct. 22, when they take on Scotch Plains-Fanwood at Memorial Field.
