CRANFORD, NJ – Fourth-seeded Cranford girls soccer shut out fifth-seeded Mendham, 2-0, in the Quarterfinal Round of the North Jersey, Section 2, Group 3 tournament, Thursday in Cranford.

For the lady Cougars, Anna Kalafatis and Meagan Montague netted a goal each while Maddie Hart contributed with two assists.

Cranford is, 15-3, on the season and will travel to face the No. 1 seed, West Morris, in the semi-final round on Monday Nov. 9.
