Cranford H.S. Varsity Wrestling Seeded No. 1 Going Into Union County Tournament

CRANFORD, NJ – The Cranford High School Varsity Wrestling Team seeks to aim their fourth county title in Saturday’s Union County Tournament.

Cranford currently stands at 5-1 and is seeded no. 1 in the Section 2, Group 3 division.

“The seeding is done and all 14 wrestlers are in great spots to place high individually and help the team stay ahead in the standings,” Coach Pat Gorman said. “I hope to see a lot of blue and gold in the stands cheering on the boys as they scrap it out on the mat.”

The wrestling begins at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13 in the Union High School gymnasium.
