CRANFORD, NJ - On opening night in Warren Hills this past Friday, Sept. 11, the Cranford High School Football Cougars were ready to take the field after a summer of training. 

The Cougars were able to pull off a 24-23 victory over Warren Hills Regional.

Photos provided here from the game have captured the essence of the hard fought competition.

The team is excited to have their home opener this Friday, Sept. 18, vs. Somerville.

CRANFORD, NJ - Due to impressive performances as goalies for varsity lacrosse, Anna Horne and Phil Marotta are Cranford High School's Athletes of the Week.

Horne, a junior, has 408 career saves. Her current total for the season is 84 saves as she helped lead the Cougars to victory in games against Montville and Governor Livingston.
