CRANFORD, NJ - Cranford High School recently held an awards ceremony for seniors who showed strength in academics, community service and leadership. Students were awarded with certificates and scholarships. Presenters were donators from many organizations throughout the community that recognized the students.

Grace Chen and Thomas Whitehead were awarded with Valedictorian and Salutatorian medallions. Cam Hay was presented with a scholarship from West Point Academy from field force officer Vincent Elgort and received a standing ovation by the audience and her peers on stage.

There were also memorial scholarships including the Justin John Jusefyk Scholarship awarded to Lilian Rebelo, the Michael J. Wielgus II Scholarship awarded to Erin Infante, and the Joseph Dugandzic Scholarship awarded to Sean O’Beirne and Gabriela Valdes.
