CRANFORD - The Cranford High School Spring Art Show is currently on exhibit at the Cranford Public Library.  The show includes painting, drawing, crafts, photography, and graphics work created by CHS Fine Art Department students, under the tutelage of art teachers Joanne Knego, Linda Cortiñas, Patrick Gorman, Julie Barkin, and Kerry Paone.  The exhibition will be on display through June 12, with a closing reception that evening from 6:30-8pm.

Several of the student artists on display have received honors for their work this spring.  Seniors Alannah Clark, Kacie Dombrowski, Abigail Giannobile, and Natalie Schindler had their work selected for the Union County Teen Arts Traveling Art Show, a 10-month exhibition in various public spaces across the county.  Alannah Clarke was selected for the New Jersey State Teen Art Show and the Congressional Art Show, in which her work will be displayed for a year at the U.S. Capitol.
