KENILWORTH, NJ-  Janice Huff, Chief Meteorologist for NBC 4, will be the guest speaker at the fifth annual Union County Women Mean Business seminar, hosted by the Union County Board of Chosen Freeholders.

The event brings together Union County businesswomen to network and discuss business and success with experts in the field, according to a press release sent by the county.

““Ms. Huff has gained nationwide recognition for her many contributions to journalism and meteorology, her work on behalf of children in foster care, and her leadership as a mentor in her field,” said Freeholder Chairman Bruce H. Bergen in the press release. “She offers a wealth of insights and guidance to everyone who strives for excellence.”

This year’s event will feature two sessions that focus on communication and networking for guests to choose from, according to the press release. More information about each session is available here.

The event will be held on Wednesday, May 17, from 11:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Clubhouse at Galloping Hill in Kenilworth. Registration costs $40 and includes lunch, program, networking cocktail hour (cash bar) and a chance to win prizes including round trip airline tickets, according to the press release.
