CRANFORD, NJ - The Cranford girls lacrosse team fell to Ramapo, 18-8, in Saturday’s game at Cranford.

Maggie Roman led the team with three goals and one assist for Cranford. Grace Power and Alyssa Gesslein tallied two goals and one assist each. Abby Ganley scored one goal with one assist and Lucia Rinaldi had an assist as well.

Sophomore goalie Anna Horne saved six scoring attempts against Ramapo (3-0 in New Jersey Interscholastic Girls Lacrosse League, 8-3 overall). Cranford is currently 3-2 in the NJIGLL and 3-5 overall.

The Cougars will take on Morris Knolls on Thursday, April 27 at Morris Knolls High School in Rockaway.
