CRANFORD, NJ – Hartz Mountain Industries’ application for 750 Walnut Avenue will be adjourned until July 18, according to a post on the Cranford Township website.

According to James Rhatican, director of land use and development for Hartz Mountain, certain witnesses are unable to appear at the June 6 planning board meeting.

Hartz Mountain Industries seeks to build 905 apartment units at 750 Walnut Avenue. The application was first introduced in June 2017.
