CRANFORD, NJ – On Thursday Sept. 22, members of the NJFMBA and the Cranford Fire Department donated new Mahjongg boards to the Senior Mahjongg Clubs of Cranford, at the Cranford Community Center.

The donation will allow a beginner Mahjongg group to be formed on Tuesday afternoons from 1-3 p.m.. Regular Mahjongg meets on Mondays from 1-4 p.m. and Thursday from 2:15-4 p.m..

Stephen Robertazzi, director of the Cranford Recreation and Parks Department said, “The Fire Department really came through for the seniors on behalf of the Recreation Department. It was a very nice gesture and the Mahjongg players appreciate it.”
