CRANFORD – The Office of Continuing Education at Union County College has expanded its course offerings for youth ages 11-18. Classes are taught by NJ-certified teachers and subject matter experts that specialize in delivering high-quality youth programs. Classes began the week of June 25 and run through August 23.

Classes offered in August are taught in partnership with Black Rocket include Make Your First 3D Video Game for students ages 11-13, Advanced #3D Video Game with Unity for age 14 and above, and both age groups, Advanced Robotics and App. IO: Make Your First Multiplayer App!. In conjunction with Super Science, two NEW programs, Motorized Legos and Oceanography, are being offered this summer for youth ages 11-13. For the same age group, the popular Better Thinker, Better Writer, Better Grades program will be held from 9am to 12pm and runs from August 6 through August 16. Students ages 14 and above may participate in the program from 1 to 4 pm also from August 6 to 16. 

All classes will be held at the College’s Cranford campus, located at 1033 Springfield Avenue.
