CRANFORD - Last year, after weeks of voting through different rounds of NJ.com's contest to find the best downtown in New Jersey, Cranford came out victorious. 

It is once again that time and defending champion Cranford has made the final 10 cut for the 2019 Best Downtown in New Jersey contest. The winner is decided by online voting, which you can do so here. Voting is open from now until 9 a.m. on Wednesday, October 23 to narrow the top 10 down to a top 5. You may vote once per day.

When describing each of the final 10 towns, NJ.com wrote, "Cranford, has a downtown that is quaint, walkable and filled with local pride. The Union County downtown offers a wide range of events, delicious restaurants, and shopping options. Downtown offers a mix of living and business spaces, making it a central gathering spot for residents throughout the day."
