CRANFORD, NJ -  The Girl Scouts of Cranford recently held a ceremony to honor a group of scouts who have achieved the ultimate recognition in the scouting community due to their commitment to service and a desire to make a difference in the community.

Six young women from Cranford received the Girl Scout Gold Award, which represents the highest achievement in Girl Scouting. These girls are Bonnie Caldwell, Sarah Cassidy, Rebecca Durant, Sabrina Huwang, Jennifer Schneider and Jillian Walter.
