WESTFIELD, NJ — Now known as the infamous “Watcher” house, 657 Boulevard in Westfield is back on the market again, this time for $1,250,000 — less than the $1,355,000 that its current owners claimed that they paid for it in a lawsuit that has drawn international attention.

According to its listing on Zillow, “This grand turn-of-the century home with many quality updates is situated on a stately street close to NYC transportation and award-winning downtown. Period features include high ceilings, coffered ceilings, elegant foyers, built-in window seats, fireplaces and more.”

The listing also notes “Lots of updates within the past year including 2-zone cac.”

The six-bedroom Dutch colonial gained international attention last year when its current owners filed a lawsuit against the family that sold it to them, claiming they should have disclosed a creepy letters sent by someone calling him or herself “The Watcher.”

Rutgers Hikes Tuition, Student Fees for 2018-2019 Academic Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Rutgers University Board of Governors today approved a 2.3 percent hike in tuition and fees, as well as increases for dorm rooms and meals, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
