EDISON, NJ -- The Music Department at The Wardlaw+Hartridge School in Edison staged its annual Spring Music Recital, and it was another spectacular show.

Held in the new Berry Performing Arts Center for the first time, this year's recital featured many of the school's most talented vocal and instrumental performers.

Students who participated in the recital included: Aum Mehta of Edison (xylophone), Jillian Dugenio of Branchburg (alto), Hannah Yin of Scotch Plains (piano), Joanne Ding of Iselin (flute), Victoria Xu of Edison (violin), Jaden Dugenio of Branchburg (alto), Harry Li of Edison (piano), Kallie Schildge of Westfield (soprano), Sophia Fontaine of Somerville (piano), a vocal quintet with Priya Golding of North Plainfield, Kallie Schildge of Westfield, Aanandi Murlidharan of Edison, CJ Stueck of Scotch Plains and Steven Bessette of Scotch Plains, Anushka Dalal of Scotch Plains (piano), Camila Fang of Edison (cello), Simu Singh of Monroe (tabla), Matangi Melpakkam of Piscataway (soprano), Aanandi Murlidharan of Edison (soprano), James Chen of Edison (piano), Eric Wang of Highland Park (guitar), William Rehwinkel of Scotch Plains (piano), Annie Gu of Edison (piano), Suraj Chandran of Edison (violin) and Able Xu of Somerset (piano).

Patrons enjoyed a reception, sponsored by the W+H International Student Parents' Association and the International Student Organization, following the recital.

Rutgers Hikes Tuition, Student Fees for 2018-2019 Academic Year

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ - Rutgers University Board of Governors today approved a 2.3 percent hike in tuition and fees, as well as increases for dorm rooms and meals, for the 2018-2019 academic year.
