Free Wellness Wednesday at Westfield Area YMCA

The Westfield Area YMCA is hosting free Wellness Wednesdays at the Main YMCA Facility in Westfield.  The community can take advantage of the Y’s land and water group exercise classes, swim assessments, open gym/swim and racquetball times as well as the fitness facilities free of charge on every Wednesday, July 19-August 9.
