ROSELLE, NJ - A "Black Lives Matter" street mural, sponsored by the Union County Freeholder Board, has been painted in yellow eight-foot letters on Chestnut Street in front of Borough Hall in Roselle on Wednesday evening.  Freeholders Andrea Staten, Angela Garretson and Rebecca Williams were instrumental in having the project come to fruition.
