CRANFORD - Livingston Avenue School (LAS) has announced that Robert Tunnell has been selected as the 2019-2020 Educator of the Year.

Mr. Tunnell is a fifth grade teacher at Livingston Avenue School. According to LAS Principal Cari Lopez, each year students have their fingers crossed that they will have Mr. Tunnell as their teacher upon entering fifth grade.

"The first word that comes to mind when I think of Rob Tunnell is 'relationships.' Each student in his class knows that he cares deeply for them. It is important to mention that it isn't just the academics, but rather the whole child that he cares for," said Lopez."
