Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2000 Buick was stopped on North Avenue East and the Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange for a seatbelt violation. Following an investigation on scene, Det. Durkin arrested a passenger, John Gacina, for drug paraphernalia found inside the vehicle. He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued a motor vehicle summons for a seatbelt violation.

North Avenue East and Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange

Arrested: Kimberly Saybe, 23, New Brunswick

Arrested by: Ptl. Matthew Siessel

Charges: Possession of Under 50g (Marijuana); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2013 Toyota was stopped on North Avenue East and the Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange for tinted windows. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Siessel arrested a passenger, Kimberly Saybe, for suspected marijuana found inside the vehicle. She was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, the driver was issued motor vehicle summonses for tinted windows, failure to signal a turn, obstructing traffic and failure to notify the NJMVC of an address change.

North Avenue East and Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange

Arrested: Brendan Hannon, 24, Toms River

Arrested by: Ptl. Matthew Siessel

Charges: Possession of Prescription Legend Drugs; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2002 Mercury was stopped on North Avenue East and the Garden State Parkway 137 Exchange for a brake lamp out. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Siessel arrested the driver, Brendan Hannon, for suspected Oxycodone found inside the vehicle. He was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps, failure to signal a turn and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.

South Avenue West and Washington Place

Arrested: Sean Wade, 27, Hillside

Arrested by: Ptl. Robert Chamra

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated

Remarks: A 2011 Ford was stopped on South Avenue West and Washington Place for erratic driving. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Chamra arrested the driver, Sean Wade, for driving while intoxicated. He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for an unsafe lane change, careless driving, failure to keep right and no insurance.

Walnut Avenue and Blake Avenue

Arrested: Quintin McDonald, 19, Rahway

Arrested by: Ptl. Nelson Hearns

Charges: Possession of Under 50g (Marijuana); Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 1999 Lexus was stopped on Walnut Avenue and Blake Avenue for speeding. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Hearns arrested the driver, Quintin McDonald, for suspected marijuana found inside the vehicle. He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, tinted windows, no insurance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.

Raritan Road and Coleman Avenue

Arrested: Wali Moses, 35, Newark

Arrested by: Ptl. Jason D’Agostino

Charges: Obstruction of Administration of Law

Remarks: A 2009 Hyundai was stopped on Raritan Road and Coleman Avenue for unclear plates. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. D’Agostino arrested a passenger, Wali Moses, for obstruction. He was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, he was found to have an active arrest warrant issued by the Irvington Municipal Court. The driver of the vehicle was issued motor vehicle summonses for an open container and unclear plates.
