Arrested: Jerome Hutchins, 26, Newark; Raequan Kinard, 25, Newark

Arrested by: Ptl. Christopher Folinusz

Charges: Possession of Under 50g Marijuana; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2007 Honda was stopped on North Avenue West and Orchard Street for tinted windows. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Folinusz arrested two passengers in the vehicle, Jerome Hutchins and Raequan Kinard, for possession of suspected marijuana. They were processed and provided with Municipal Court appearance dates. In addition, the driver was issued a motor vehicle summons for tinted windows.

North Avenue East and North Union Avenue

Arrested: Jeannie Bisoglio, 54, Glen Gardner

Arrested by: Ptl. John Rattigan

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)

Remarks: A 2004 Chevrolet was stopped on North Avenue East and North Union Avenue for failing to maintain its lane. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Rattigan arrested the driver, Jeannie Bisoglio, for driving while intoxicated. She was processed and provided with a Municipal Court appearance date. In addition, Bisoglio was issued motor vehicle summonses for failing to maintain her lane, failure to keep right, and careless driving.

Raritan Road and Centennial Avenue

Arrested: Jennifer Jannucci, 31, Hawthorne

Arrested by: Ptl. Gregory Federici

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2004 Ford was stopped on Raritan Road and Centennial Avenue for failing to maintain its lane. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Federici arrested a passenger in the vehicle, Jennifer Jannucci, for possession of suspected crack-cocaine. She was processed and provided with Superior Court appearance date. In addition, the driver was issued motor vehicle summonses for failure to maintain his lane and failure to signal a turn.
