Arrested: Marshall Jones Jr., 36, Linden

Arrested by: Ptl. Courtney Holder

Charges: Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of Under 50g (Marijuana); Possession of Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2009 Infiniti was stopped on Centennial Avenue and Raritan Road for unclear plates. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Holder arrested the driver, Marshall Jones Jr., for distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of suspected marijuana. He was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, Jones Jr. was issued motor vehicle summonses for unclear plates, tinted windows, an improper turn and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.

Arrested: William Rosado, 21, Bound Brook

Arrested by: Ptl. Michael O’Neil

Charges: Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2013 Volkswagen was stopped on Centennial Avenue for a view obstruction. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. O’Neil arrested a passenger, William Rosado, for distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of suspected psilocybin mushrooms, LSD and marijuana. He was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, the driver was issued a motor vehicle summons for a view obstruction.

Arrested: William Black, 30, Clark

Arrested by: Ptl. Ryan Gerrity

Charges: Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Remarks: A 2004 GMC was stopped on Centennial Avenue and Hayes Street for erratic driving. Following an investigation on scene, Ptl. Gerrity arrested the driver, William Black, for possession of suspected heroin. He was processed and provided with a Superior Court appearance date. In addition, Black was issued motor vehicle summonses for maintenance of lamps and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle.
