CRANFORD - Senior Jake Chapman scored two touchdowns to lead Cranford to a 42-19 Senior Night victory over Ridge on Friday.

Chapman put Cranford up 7-0 in the first quarter on a 23-yard run. He would find the end zone again in the second-half on an 85-yard kickoff return TD. 

Cranford continued its two quarterback system with Dennis DeMarino and Shane Van Dam. DeMarino completed 5-of-6 attempts for 100 yards, including a 26-yard TD pass to Will Gallagher. Van Dam was 3-of-4 for 46 yards with a 26-yard TD pass to Marcus Johnson. Van Dam was also Cranford's lead rusher with 61 yards, including a 33-yard TD.

Colin Murray added a 20-yard TD run. Arjun Petgrave caught two passes for 61 yards.

The Cougars defense combined for five sacks, including two by Kevin Keogh. Matt Coates had a team-high 13 tackles. 

Diar Dautaga was 6-for-6 on extra-point attempts. 

Cranford will be on the road next Friday against Linden at 7 p.m.
